Experience. The best way for me to learn is to do it myself, make oodles of mistakes and then be available to help others.
Engagement. I'm very energetic and enjoy the hectic pace of my job. Learning something new is so exciting when I can see its value in terms of helping someone else with the new tool. After I come back from a technology conference, I spend several days connecting teachers to great new things I've found.
Empowerment. Knowledge is power. If you don't know, say it and then try to do something about it or make great friends with those who know!
